THERE were joint winners of the Time Greyhound Nutrition Greyhound of the Month for August.
The David Mullins-trained JenningsBet Puppy Classic winner March On Freddie (pictured) and Richard Rees’s Ladbrokes Gold Cup winner Churchfield Syd polled the same number of votes among Greyhound Writers’ Association members.
In sharing the award, the top-class pair shaded fellow nominees Coppice Ella (Kevin Hutton), Droopys Clue (Seamus Cahill), Queen Georgia (Liz McNair) and Unanimouspanther (Pat Buckley).
